Firstly, I just want to say how sorry I am to hear that the founder of the wonderful Merlin’s Keep has passed away. He was always such a great help to this site and a huge Katie fan. I think I have known of him for nine years now as we shared many of the same fandoms. This update is for you!
I finally bought the Merlin season 1 DVD boxset. I’m replacing the old screen captures with DVD-quality versions. Episodes 1 and 2 have been added. Hope you like them! Excuse the state of the gallery at the moment. I am reorganizing a few things.

Katie McGrath, the green-eyed Irish actress who plays Morgana in the popular medieval fantasy series Merlin, still can’t believe her luck. A few years ago, the 26-year-old quit her job as a fashion journalist to work as a wardrobe assistant on the set of the BBC series, The Tudors. With no experience in sewing hems or ironing shirts, she freely admits, “as a wardrobe girl, I make an excellent cup of tea”.
“It was the biggest farce ever because I had no idea about it,” McGrath says from London, admitting she’s so sick of the heat she’d gladly swap places with me.
“They figured that because I worked for a fashion magazine I could mend clothes. I would look at them and say, ‘Are you sure you want me to sew this? I’ll probably make it worse’.”

Merlin Season 3 Details
DigitalSpy.co.uk revealed some details about the upcoming season of Merlin. Please don’t read if you want to avoid spoilers! Here is the excerpt concerning Katie and Morgana:
Capps also revealed that the fate of Morgana, played by Katie McGrath, will be explored.
“Within the first five minutes you catch up as to where our characters have been. Camelot has been very focused on the search for Morgana, and Uther has been very concerned about where his ward is” he said. “But when she comes back it’s very intriguing as to where her allegiances lie and what’s happened to her. She’s been on quite a journey.”
Emilia Fox, who previously appeared as Morgana’s villainous half-sister Morgause, will also return for the new run.
